When you create an account on Tradebune, we collect your email address and display name. When you make a purchase or subscribe as a Creator, payment information is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your full credit card number.
We use your information to operate the Platform, process transactions, send account-related communications (such as OTP login codes, purchase receipts, and service updates), and improve the user experience.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, email delivery services) and as required by law.
If you are a Creator, your display name and product information will be publicly visible on the marketplace. Your email address and payout details are kept private.
Tradebune uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools such as Meta Pixel for marketing attribution. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, and two-factor authentication options.
