By accessing or using Tradebune ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Tradebune is a digital product marketplace where course creators ("Creators") build and sell digital products to learners ("Learners"). The Platform provides hosting, payment processing, and distribution tools.
Creators pay a recurring subscription fee to access the Creator Studio and publish products on Tradebune. Current pricing is displayed on the homepage and may be updated at any time. Applicable sales tax will be charged on Creator subscription fees based on your jurisdiction.
Creators must build and publish products within Tradebune's approved marketplace categories. Currently approved categories include:
Tradebune reserves the right to add, modify, or remove categories at any time. Products that fall outside approved categories may be removed without notice.
Creators are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and quality of the products they publish on Tradebune. Tradebune does not review, endorse, or assume liability for any Creator content. By publishing on the Platform, Creators represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights to distribute their content and that their products do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
All sales on Tradebune are final. Refunds are not available for digital product purchases or Creator subscription fees. If you experience an issue with a purchase or your account, please contact us at privacy@tradebune.com and we will work to resolve the matter.
You agree not to use the Platform to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. Tradebune reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Tradebune may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting privacy@tradebune.com.
Tradebune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradebune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
